Grand Street Campus is 8-2 against Midwood since May of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Wolves will look to defend their home field against the Hornets at 3:30 p.m. Grand Street Campus' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so Midwood's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Grand Street Campus is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Manhattan Center for Science & Math on Wednesday as they made off with a 25-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Wolves, who have now won nine matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Wednesday Midwood sidestepped Luperon for a 4-3 win.

Grand Street Campus is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Midwood, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-5-1.

Everything went Grand Street Campus' way against Midwood when the teams last played back in April, as Grand Street Campus made off with an 18-2 victory. Will the Wolves repeat their success, or do the Hornets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
