Softball Recap: Killeen Takes a Loss

Killeen fell victim to Harker Heights and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Harker Heights Knights, falling 19-0. The Kangaroos haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Killeen's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Harker Heights, their record now sits at 15-5.

Looking ahead, Killeen will venture away from home to take on Shoemaker at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Shoemaker is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season. As for Harker Heights, they will host Bryan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Harker Heights is facing Bryan at the right time seeing as Bryan is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
