After flying high against West St. John last Thursday, St. Martin's Episcopal came back down to earth. St. Martin's Episcopal came up short against the Ursuline Academy Lions on Monday, falling 17-4. The Saints' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Kaia Au was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing four bases while going 3-for-5. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March of 2024. Eliza Didriksen also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

St. Martin's Episcopal's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Ursuline Academy, their record now sits at 5-7.
