Vinemont's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the West Morgan Rebels by a score of 7-3. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-4 back in February.

Owen McKinney and Kayden Henderson did most of the damage at the plate: McKinney scored a run while going 2-for-3, while Henderson went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and three RBI. What's more, McKinney posted three RBI, the most he's had since March 3rd.

Vinemont's record now sits at 21-7. As for West Morgan, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vinemont will welcome Locust Fork at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for West Morgan, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Elkmont at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
