Baseball Recap: Edsel Ford Takes a Loss

Edsel Ford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Churchill Chargers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Thunderbirds of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Edsel Ford saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Kowalsky, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Edsel Ford's loss dropped their record down to 17-13. As for Churchill, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 25-8-1.

As of now, neither Edsel Ford nor the Chargers have any future games scheduled.
