Volleyball Recap: Harpeth Takes a Loss

Harpeth and Merrol Hyde Magnet squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Harpeth had to settle for second. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

The final score came out to 25-20, 20-25, 25-8, 25-18.

Harpeth's loss dropped their record down to 15-13. As for Merrol Hyde Magnet, their win was their 15th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-4.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Harpeth is taking a road trip to take on Summertown at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Merrol Hyde Magnet, they will challenge Loretto at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
