After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pearce, MacArthur was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Irving Tigers get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. Considering MacArthur have won six contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Irving with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Emory Martinez, Adaly Torres, and Brooklyn Goff.

MacArthur's record is now 11-7. As for Irving, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. MacArthur is set to challenge their familiar foe Richardson at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Irving will square off against rival Lake Highlands at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
