Softball Recap: Lincoln County Wins Going Away Against Lynn Camp

The matchup between Lincoln County and Lynn Camp on Friday hardly resembled the 0-0 effort from their previous meeting. Everything went the Lincoln County Patriots' way against the Lynn Camp Wildcats as the Lincoln County Patriots made off with a 17-5 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Patriots.

The team relied heavily on Macie Wade, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with six RBI and one double. Another player making a difference was Autumn Durham, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 3-for-4.

Lincoln County's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Lincoln County will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Wayne County at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Lynn Camp, they will challenge Jellico at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
