Volleyball Recap: Morrow Takes a Loss

Morrow lost against Newnan back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mustangs fell 2-0 to the Cougars.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-8.

Morrow's offense was headlined by Zarriah Hollinger and Alana Rafe, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Jaiden Cox and her seven assists.

Morrow's loss dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Newnan, they pushed their record up to 13-6 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Morrow will venture away from home to take on Lakeside at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Newnan, they will welcome Central at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
