Basketball Recap: Shullsburg Takes a Loss

Shullsburg lost against Potosi back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Shullsburg Miners were outmatched by the Potosi Chieftains and fell 60-33. The contest marked the Miners' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Shullsburg has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Potosi, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-2.

Shullsburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Potosi, they will challenge Benton at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Potosi is facing Benton at the right time seeing as Benton is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
