Montabella has gone 7-2 against St. Charles recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Montabella Mustangs will challenge the St. Charles Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Montabella was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 46-41 to Fulton. The Mustangs have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, in Tuesday's Canine Competition, St. Charles prevailed. They had just enough and edged Breckenridge out 48-45.

St. Charles' win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-9. As for Montabella, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.

Everything came up roses for Montabella against St. Charles in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 59-30 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Montabella since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
