If Grandview was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Mullen last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolves fell 3-1 to Littleton Public Schools on Thursday. The Wolves' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Grandview was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Littleton Public Schools work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-17, 22-25, 25-17.

Alejandro Garcia paced Grandview's offense, picking up 16 kills. Garcia got some help from Devan Hall and his 44 assists.

Grandview's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-3. As for Littleton Public Schools, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-1.

Looking ahead, Grandview will head out on the road to face off against Cherry Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Littleton Public Schools, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against D'Evelyn on the 4th.
