Football Recap: Dior Pearson and Jaylyn Mcgarrah Secure Win for Norwalk

A big part of Norwalk's win came down to the chemistry between Jaylyn Mcgarrah and her top target Dior Pearson. Mcgarrah threw for 122 yards and one touchdown while Pearson picked up 48 receiving yards and one TD. That's the most receiving yards Pearson has posted since back in October of 2024.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Norwalk's defense and their nine sacks. Katherine Eneque led the group effort, picking up three of those sacks all by herself.

Norwalk now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Woodrow Wilson, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4-1.

Norwalk has already played their next contest, a 13-6 victory against Western on the 15th. As for Woodrow Wilson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 27-0 loss against Saint Joseph on the 14th.
