Softball Game Preview: Lower Merion Aces vs. Friends' Central

The Lower Merion Aces will head out to square off against Friends' Central at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lower Merion has given up an average of 10.8 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lower Merion came up short against Strath Haven on Wednesday, falling 20-5. The Aces have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lower Merion saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sophia Gilligan, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Meanwhile, Friends' Central lost 11-3 to Baldwin on Tuesday.

Friends' Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lower Merion, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.
