Soccer Recap: Conestoga Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Auburn kept up with Conestoga until halftime on Thursday, but afterwards: not so much. The Cougars' defense stepped up to hand the Bulldogs a 4-0 shutout. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Conestoga's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Auburn with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Piper Guitterez, Grace Rodis, Miley Crook, and Elliott Zimmerman.

Conestoga's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-6. As for Auburn, they dropped their record down to 0-11 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home.
