Basketball Recap: Fargo South Takes a Loss

Fargo South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 94-91 heartbreaker at the hands of the Fargo North Spartans. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (68), the Bruins still had to take the loss.

Fargo South's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Fargo North, their win bumped their record up to 7-14.

Looking ahead, Fargo South will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against West Fargo at 7:30 p.m. One thing working in West Fargo's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 15 matches. As for Fargo North, they are taking a road trip to take on Sheyenne at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Fargo North has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
