Basketball Recap: Sibley-Ocheyedan Takes a Loss

Sibley-Ocheyedan lost against Okoboji back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Generals received a blow as they fell 71-53 to the Pioneers.

Sibley-Ocheyedan dropped their record down to 0-2 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Okoboji, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Sibley-Ocheyedan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 74-51 win against West Sioux on the 5th. As for Okoboji, they will take on Unity Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
