Basketball Game Preview: Jordan Falcons vs. Western Alamance Warriors

The Jordan Falcons and the Western Alamance Warriors will round out the year against one another at at 12:30 p.m. on Friday. Jordan is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.

Last Saturday, Jordan was able to grind out a solid win over Broughton, taking the game 45-34.

Jordan's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caroline Masella, who posted 16 points. Olivia Yancey was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Meanwhile, Western Alamance had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Panthers 64-35. The game marked the Warriors' most dominant win of the season so far.

Western Alamance pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.3 points per game. As for Jordan, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.
