Volleyball Recap: Fergus Falls Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Fergus Falls hadn't done well against Rocori recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Otters came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Otters: when they faced off against the Spartans back in September, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

Despite the loss, Rocori saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Mylie Hesse had 20 digs. The team also got some help courtesy of Eliett Satterstrom, who had nine digs and three aces.

Fergus Falls' victory ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 12-10. As for Rocori, their defeat ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 15-13.

Fergus Falls wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Sauk Centre on the 16th. Rocori does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
