Volleyball Recap: Antonian Prep Starts Season with Victory at Home

Antonian Prep took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Clark Cougars as they made off with a 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Apaches also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, 25-21.

Antonian Prep's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Camilla Serna, who had 13 assists and eight digs. Another player making a difference was Anais Ibarra, who had six aces and four assists.

Antonian Prep was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Looking ahead, Antonian Prep will be taking part in a tournament against Brentwood Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clark, they will square off against Harlan at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
