Football Game Preview: Riverside Prep Silver Knights vs. Trinity Classical Academy Knights + Official Tickets

The Riverside Prep Silver Knights will square off against the Trinity Classical Academy Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Two weeks ago, Riverside Prep ended up a good deal behind Santa Rosa Academy and lost 28-12.

Meanwhile, Trinity Classical Academy posted their closest victory since October 11, 2024 on Saturday. They skirted past Silver Valley 39-36. The win continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now won three in a row.

Riverside Prep better focus on containing Andrew Carlson and Hudson Sweitzer as the pair were huge in Trinity Classical Academy's win. Carlson threw for 116 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only nine passes, while Sweitzer rushed for 77 yards and one TD on only eight carries.

Trinity Classical Academy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 228 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 163 rushing yards in five consecutive games.

The victory got Trinity Classical Academy back to even at 3-3. As for Riverside Prep, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-5.

Riverside Prep was dealt a bruising 54-0 defeat at the hands of Trinity Classical Academy in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Silver Knights, Noah Visconti (who threw for 249 yards and five TDs) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
