Grant entered their tilt with Big Rapids on Monday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of  6-2. That's the fourth time they've managed to beat them this season,  with their most recent  victory being a  8-7  win  on Monday.
 Addison Herrmann made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she  pitched seven innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   three  hits. Herrmann was also solid in the batter's box,  going 3-for-4 with one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Payton Shoemaker was  excellent,  going 1-for-4 with one  stolen base, two  RBI,  and one  run.  Alexa Obenauf was another key player,  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances with one  stolen base and one  run.
Grant's victory bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Big Rapids,  they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-10-1.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Grant will  take on  rival Chippewa Hills  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The timing is sure in the Tigers' favor as the  team sits on four straight wins at home while the Warriors have been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road. Meanwhile, Big Rapids is set to  square off against  their familiar foe Reed City  at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
