Basketball Recap: Asotin Takes a Loss

Asotin came up into this matchup off a tough 57-point loss last Saturday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Upper Columbia Academy Lions by a score of 36-34 on Tuesday. The Panthers' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Upper Columbia Academy found their leader in sophomore Taylinn Craik, who posted 21 points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Hadley Bergamo, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 13 boards.

Asotin's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Upper Columbia Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-9.
