Colony had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 45 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They blew past the Dimond Lynx 54-31. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-34 back in December of 2024.

Dimond's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Mecca Goldsberry, who posted nine points and three steals, and Katie MacDonald, who put up seven points and four steals. MacDonald is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as she's posted one of at least 56% in the last three games she's played. Evan Hamey was another key player, putting up four points and three steals.

Colony's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Dimond, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-4.

Colony has already played their next contest (against Palmer), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Dimond, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 64-30 victory against South Anchorage on the 11th.
