Basketball Recap: Monday's Victory Is Adair County's 21st in Last 22 Outings

If Caverna wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Adair County, they should've done a better job of containing Connor Loy. The Adair County Indians came out on top against the Caverna Colonels by a score of 56-49 on Monday thanks in part to Loy, who dropped a triple-double with 23 points, ten rebounds, and ten assists. That's the most boards he has posted since back in January.

The team also got some help courtesy of Brayton Coomer, who went 6-for-12 to rack up 12 points. He is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last 12 games he's played.

Adair County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 21 of their last 22 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-5 record this season. Caverna's defeat dropped their record down to 17-13.
