            Softball Recap: Shenandoah Raiders vs. Blackford Bruins        
        
		
        
        
            Shenandoah never let their opponents score on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Blackford Bruins as they made off with  a  10-0 win. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Bruins recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive  victory against them.
 The team  relied heavily on  Lydia Schwagmeier, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs, two  doubles,  and one  RBI. That's the most  doubles  she has posted since back in May of 2024.  Reese Sprunger was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with two  runs and two  RBI.

Shenandoah's win was  their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 5-1. The  road  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Blackford, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record  this season.
 Shenandoah will head out to  challenge Wapahani  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Blackford, they will host Elwood  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. This will  be the Bruins' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
