Basketball Recap: Dupree Comes Up Short

Dupree was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the McLaughlin Mustangs 72-42. The Tigers lost against the Mustangs in their previous head to head back in February of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 55-49 score last time.

Dupree's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for McLaughlin, their win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-2.

Dupree will square off against Oldham-Ramona/R at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for McLaughlin, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Miller at 5:30 p.m.
