Sherrard entered their tilt with Knoxville on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Blue Bullets by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Sherrard easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-15.

Michaela Brown paced Sherrard's offense, picking up seven kills. Brown got some help from Jaeci Leffel and her eight assists. Laney Slattery and Ellie Swanson kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Sherrard's win bumped their record up to 23-3-1. As for Knoxville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-13-1.

Sherrard has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against West Prairie on the 11th. As for Knoxville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Kewanee on the 11th.
