Basketball Game Preview: Lehman Lions vs. Roosevelt Educational Roughriders

After both having extra time off, the Lehman Lions and the Roosevelt Educational Roughriders will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lehman is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

Last Thursday, Lehman took a blow against Bronx High School of Science, falling 75-36. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 766th, while the Wolverines are ranked 167th).

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 85-51, which was the final score in Roosevelt Educational's tilt against Evander Childs last Thursday. The Roughriders haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Lehman's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Roosevelt Educational, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.
