Football Recap: Dutchtown's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Dutchtown won the last time they faced St. Amant and things went their way on Friday too. The Griffins walked away with a 35-28 victory over the Gators. The win almost wasn't to be: the Griffins were down 28-14 in the second quarter.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Dutchtown, bringing their record up to 4-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.8 points over those games. As for St. Amant, their loss was their first of the season and also makes their record 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups.
