Sherwood put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Damascus Hornets 11-1. Considering the Warriors have won four matchups by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Sherwood's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Damascus, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 1-1-1.

Sherwood wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 20-2 win against Kennedy on the 1st. Damascus has also already played their next game (against Wootton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
