Tate has gone  a perfect 3-0 against Fort Walton Beach recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Monday. The Aggies will face off against the Vikings at 6:00  p.m. Given that  the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this  matchup.
Tate couldn't beat Milton  on Friday even though they stacked four runs on them in the sixth inning. The Aggies fell just short of the Panthers by a score of  9-8. The Aggies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
  Kara Wine was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 2-for-4 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs.  Kinzlee Biggs also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  triple of the season.
 Meanwhile, Fort Walton Beach fell victim to Navarre and their airtight pitching crew  on Thursday. They came up short against  the Raiders, falling  8-0. Considering the last time the Vikings couldn't score was  back in February, the team can't take the result too hard.
 Tate's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Fort Walton Beach, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-8.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging  on Monday. Tate hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season,  having  averaged 1.1  home runs per game. However, it's not like Fort Walton Beach struggles in that department as   they've been averaging  an even more impressive 0.7  home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
 Tate came out on top in a nail-biter against Fort Walton Beach when the teams last played  back in March of 2024, sneaking past  6-4.
