Football Recap: Sierra Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Sierra extended their losing streak to seven on Friday, dropping them down to 1-8. They were beaten by the Pueblo Central Wildcats 39-6. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Stallions of the 48-14 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Jaydan Filloon threw for 49 yards on one of five attempts. Angelo Martinez was his top target, picking up 49 receiving yards. On the ground, Cordae Zamora rushed for 62 yards.

As for Pueblo Central, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 3-6. Their offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last three games.

Brody Renner went supernova, rushing for 167 yards and three scores while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. Those 167 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
