Basketball Recap: Keystone Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bracken Christian, Keystone was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 77-70 win over the Austin Waldorf Roadrunners. This was payback for the Cobras, who suffered a 72-60 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Keystone's victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-1. As for Austin Waldorf, they dropped their record down to 3-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Keystone will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Faith Academy at 2:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for Austin Waldorf, they will be home for the holidays to greet Veritas Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
