It was a proper cat-fight when Grant duked it out with Montague on Thursday. The Tigers put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 4-1 win. Grant might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by three goals or more this season.

Grant's victory bumped their record up to 6-4-3. As for Montague, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grant will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Ravenna at 4:30 p.m. on October 7. As for Montague, they will face off against Oakridge at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
