Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Buckeye Central couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 3-1 to the Tinora Rams on Thursday. The Bucks' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-11, 20-25, 25-13.

Buckeye Central's offense was headlined by Milania Chamberlain and Megan Siefert, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Maren McDougal and her 25 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Tinora got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Brooklyn Behnfeldt out in front who had nine digs and three assists.

Buckeye Central's defeat dropped their record down to 20-6. As for Tinora, their victory was their 15th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-2.

Buckeye Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tinora, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against New Bremen on the 1st.
