Basketball Recap: Lubbock T Takes a Loss

Lubbock T was the 69-34 winner over Dallas HSAA when they last played one another back in January of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Lubbock T Titans were beaten by the Dallas HSAA Angels 68-2 on Friday. The contest marked the Titans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Dallas HSAA's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from MiaGrace Delahoz, who went 8 of 12 on her way to 19 points and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Abby Little, who posted ten points and eight steals.

Lubbock T has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Dallas HSAA, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-4.

Lubbock T wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 61-4 defeat against Aspire HomeSchool on the 25th. Dallas HSAA has also already played their next contest, a 54-44 loss against Oklahoma F on the 25th.
