Basketball Recap: Wesleyan Christian Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Wesleyan Christian Academy lost against Davidson Day back in January of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Trojans took a 73-56 bruising from the Patriots.

Despite the loss, Wesleyan Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Nick Keith, who posted 18 points and five rebounds. The contest was Keith's fifth in a row with at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyson Thompson, who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine boards.

Wesleyan Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Davidson Day, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wesleyan Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against The Burlington School at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Trojans will need to watch out since the Spartans have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Davidson Day, they will square off against Concord Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 2.
