Basketball Recap: Plainview Snags 20th Win in Last 22 Games

A well-balanced attack led Plainview over Madison County in every quarter on their way to victory on Saturday. The Plainview Bears took down the Madison County Tigers 62-44. Given the Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 32nd, while the Tigers are ranked 211th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Plainview is also on a roll lately: they've won 20 of their last 22 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 25-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.8 points per game. As for Madison County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-8.

As of now, neither Plainview nor Madison County have any future games scheduled.
