Basketball Recap: Louisiana School for the Deaf Takes a Loss

Louisiana School for the Deaf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 27th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 75-17 loss at the hands of the St. John Eagles. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the War Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-16 back in December of 2024.

Louisiana School for the Deaf's loss dropped their record down to 0-23. As for St. John, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season.

Louisiana School for the Deaf will host St. Joseph's - Plaucheville at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. St. John has already played their next contest (against North Iberville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
