Baseball Recap: Penn Manor Comes Up Short

Penn Manor started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Twin Valley. They came up short against the Raiders on Thursday, falling 12-1. The Comets just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Penn Manor's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Twin Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Penn Manor will welcome Ephrata at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Twin Valley, they will host Conrad Weiser at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Raiders are facing the Scouts at the right time seeing as the Scouts are stuck on a 17-game losing streak.
