Volleyball Game Preview: Holly Springs Golden Hawks vs. Felton Grove Galaxy + How To Watch

On Tuesday, Holly Springs made easy work of Sanderson and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Golden Hawks in their matchups with the Spartans: they've now won three in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Holly Springs was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-12, 25-12.

Holly Springs can attribute much of their success to Ashley Diebler, who had 13 assists and three aces.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Felton Grove, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They won by a set and slipped past Cary 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Galaxy have posted since August 25th.

Felton Grove was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 25-16, 14-25, 21-25, 25-17, 15-13.

Holly Springs' victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Felton Grove, their win bumped their record up to 5-14.
