Concord posted their closest victory since October 4th on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Michigan Center Cardinals. The victory continues a trend for the Yellowjackets in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now won five in a row.

Concord's win bumped their record up to 23-8-3. As for Michigan Center, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-19-1.

Coming up, Concord will square off against Bronson at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Michigan Center, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Blissfield on the 11th.
