Baseball Recap: Blue Valley North Find Success

The Blue Valley North Mustangs had just enough and edged out the Harrisburg Tigers 11-10 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Matthew Bell was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Vanderleest, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Blue Valley North's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Harrisburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Blue Valley North will host O'Gorman at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Harrisburg, they will head out to take on Park Hill at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
