Petrolia had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They never let the Nocona Indians get on the board and left with a 9-0 victory. The match marked the Pirates' most dominant win of the season.

The victory got Petrolia back to even at 5-5-4. As for Nocona, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Petrolia will head out on the road to face off against Archer City at 5:00 p.m. on March 18th. Archer City will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Petrolia surely won't give up without a fight. As for Nocona, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Electra at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
