Basketball Recap: Lutheran South Comes Up Short

Lutheran South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 52-45 to the Parkway West Longhorns. The match marked the Lancers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Lutheran South's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Parkway West, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-3.

Lutheran South wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 59-57 victory against Lindbergh on the 29th. As for Parkway West, they will face off against Fort Zumwalt East at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
