Tucker Bickford Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Weeping Water got the W thanks in part to Tucker Bickford playing the best football he has all season. Bickford rushed for 161 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.5 yards per carry, and also threw for 96 yards and a touchdown while completing 81.8% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer's defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-5. Bohling and Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer will be playing in front of their home fans against Johnson County Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
