Weatherford owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. They blew past the Chisholm Trail Rangers 8-0. The victory continues a trend for the Kangaroos in their matchups with the Rangers: they've now won three in a row.

Cutter Kennedy was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over five innings pitched. Kennedy was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
