Heath has gone 9-1 against Utica recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Heath Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Utica Redskins at 7:15 p.m. Heath is coming into the match hot, having won their last six games.

Last Tuesday, Heath strolled past Northridge with points to spare, taking the game 47-28. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 98th, while the Vikings are ranked 469th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Heath's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Preston DeVito, who went 5-for-9 on his way to 13 points and four steals. That's the most steals DeVito has posted since back in January of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Kaminsky, who went 5-for-9 to rack up 11 points and six assists.

Utica fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They came out on top against Granville Christian Academy by a score of 60-49 on Thursday.

Utica's win bumped their record up to 5-15. As for Heath, they pushed their record up to 19-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Heath beat Utica 44-32 when the teams last played back in January. Does Heath have another victory up their sleeve, or will Utica turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
