Volleyball Recap: Oak Hills Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against King, Oak Hills was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Silverado Hawks. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Hawks recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Oak Hills had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-23, 25-15, 25-14.

Oak Hills' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Silverado, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-6.

Looking ahead, Oak Hills is taking a road trip to square off against Yucaipa at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Silverado, they will square off against Hesperia at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
